What "Complete Residential Rewiring" Means
A complete residential rewire, in our definition, is the full replacement of every cable, every socket, every switch, every light point, and the DB box — bringing the entire installation up to current Singapore Standard CP5, with proper earthing, RCD protection, and a LEW-signed Certificate of Compliance.
It is not the same as a partial rewire (one room, the kitchen, or the water-heater circuit) or a repair. For a partial rewire, see our Electrical Wiring Repair page. For the broader context of when a rewire is the right answer, see our Electrical Rewiring Singapore page — the umbrella hub for all rewiring work.
