Indicative price — based on your photo and description, we give you a price range and what the final price depends on.
Site visit if needed — for rewiring, DB box work, EV charger, full-home jobs, or anything we cannot accurately quote from a photo, we book a free site visit.
Fixed written quote — you get a quote in writing (WhatsApp or email) before any work begins. No work starts without your approval.
Booking — once you approve the quote, we book a date and time. Same-day booking is usually possible for smaller jobs.
Work + sign-off — we do the work, clean up after ourselves, walk you through what was done, and give you a written invoice and warranty.
After-service — if anything is not right within the warranty period (90 days on most repair work, longer on rewiring), we come back and fix it free.
