Do you handle both residential and commercial electrical work?

Yes. About 60% of our work is residential (HDB, condo and landed) and 40% is commercial and light industrial. Our licensing, equipment and team are set up for both.

Do I need a LEW for every job?

Not every job, but most meaningful ones. Singapore regulations require a Licensed Electrical Worker for fixed-wiring work such as new circuits, cable runs, DB box changes and RCCB or MCB additions. We will tell you upfront what your job requires.

How quickly can you come?

For most jobs in HDB towns we can be on site within 60 to 90 minutes during working hours, and within 2 hours for after-hours calls (see our 24-hour electrician page). For burning smells, sparking or smoke, see our emergency electrician page.

Are you licensed for HDB work?

Yes. We are familiar with HDB electrical renovation guidelines, the 2nd RCCB requirement and the LEW paperwork for HDB resale handovers.

Do you provide a Certificate of Compliance (CoC)?

Yes, for any work that legally requires one. You receive a written CoC and a copy of the LEW endorsement, which matters for HDB resale, insurance claims and future renovations.
