Before you call

Stay Safe First

A few rules that matter more than how fast an electrician arrives:

  1. Do not keep resetting the breaker. Forcing the power back on can turn a fault into a fire.
  2. Smoke or fire? Move everyone to safety and call SCDF on 995 first.
  3. Do not touch wet or damaged equipment, including sockets, switches and appliances near water.
  4. Only switch off at the DB if you can reach it safely, without going near the hazard.
  5. Keep children and pets away from the affected room until it has been checked.

Honest expectations

24-Hour Phone Support vs On-Site Dispatch

They are not the same thing, and we would rather be clear about that than over-promise.

Any hour

24/7 phone support

Talk to us at any hour. We assess how urgent the problem is, tell you what to do right now to stay safe, and whether a visit is needed tonight or can wait until morning.

Depends on the roster

On-site dispatch

A visit depends on the current roster, your location and the type of fault. Ask whether a technician can attend now, what the expected wait is, and what happens if the fault turns out to be a supply-network issue or needs specialist equipment.

We do not promise a fixed arrival time on this page. You get a realistic window for your address on the call.

Whole block dark?

Is It Your Home, or the Wider Supply?

Before calling anyone out at night, it is worth a 30-second check:

  • Look at your neighbours and common areasCorridor lights, lifts and the units next door.
  • If they are dark tooIt is probably a wider supply issue. Contact SP Group (1800 778 8888) or your electricity account provider first.
  • An electrician cannot repair the external networkWe can only assess and fix faults inside your property.
  • If only your unit is affectedIt is an internal fault, and that is where we come in.

24-Hour Electrician FAQs

Straight answers about the 24/7 line, arrival times, call-out fees, supply outages and how this differs from our emergency service.

Is the phone line available 24 hours a day?

Yes. TRUST ELECTRICIANS runs a 24/7 emergency line on +65 8409 2646. When you call, we confirm whether a suitable on-site visit is available for your location at that time.

Can you guarantee an arrival time?

No one should promise a fixed arrival time without knowing your location and the fault. We give you a realistic estimated window on the call, based on your address, the fault and technician availability.

Will you tell me the call-out fee before dispatch?

Yes. We tell you the applicable call-out or diagnostic fee, and what it covers, before you agree to a visit. Any additional repair is quoted once the fault and the work needed are clear. Published rates are on our Electrical Services Price List.

What if the whole block has no power?

Check whether neighbouring units or common areas are also affected. If it looks like a wider supply issue, contact SP Group or your electricity account provider first. An electrician can assess a fault inside your property, but cannot repair the external network.

Do you work on weekends and public holidays?

Yes. The 24/7 line covers nights, weekends and public holidays. After-hours, Sunday and public-holiday surcharges apply as published on our price list, and we confirm them before dispatch.

Is a 24-hour electrician the same as an emergency electrician?

This page covers availability and how an after-hours call-out works. For specific hazards such as burning smells, sparking or shocks, and how we fix them, see our Emergency Electrician Singapore page.

Need an Electrician After Hours?

Call and explain the issue. We confirm current availability, the estimated arrival window, the call-out terms and the next step before a visit is arranged.
