The two questions we hear most: how much will it cost, and can you give me a price before you come? This page answers both. No “from” prices designed to look cheap, no hidden surcharges. The only thing that changes the final number is the real scope of your job, confirmed in writing before work begins.

Why relocation costs more: it means breaking the wall at the old spot, chasing a new route, running new main and sub-circuit cables, making good both locations and re-certifying. We quote it in writing after a site visit.

What Affects the Final Price?
The rates above are typical. These are the variables that move your number up or down.
Property type
HDB is usually the most affordable; landed and commercial cost more because of access, scale and complexity.
Accessibility
False ceilings, concealed walls, underground ducting and high-rise MCST access all add labour.
Existing wiring
Older HDB flats with PY cable may need extra work that a newer flat does not.
Parts selection
Branded parts cost slightly more than unbranded ones, which we do not use. Smart switches and EV chargers vary widely by model.
Urgency
After-hours, weekend and emergency work carry the surcharges listed above.
Compliance paperwork
HDB resale, MCST handover or insurance claims may need extra documentation and LEW paperwork.
We tell you upfront which of these apply, and give you a fixed written quote before any work begins.

Are these prices final?
They are typical price ranges based on the actual work. The final price for your job is the fixed written quote we give you once we understand the scope, and we do not bill above it for the agreed scope.
Do you charge for a site visit?
If you book a site visit and go ahead with the work, the visit is free. If you only want a diagnosis and a written report, the diagnostic visit is $80–$120.
Do you mark up parts?
Parts are billed at our cost plus a small handling margin of around 10%. For larger orders we pass through trade pricing. The parts line is itemised on every quote.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Surcharges (after-hours, weekend, emergency, MCST and HDB coordination) are listed on this page and quoted upfront. Travel is free anywhere in Singapore. GST is added on top of the quoted price as standard.
Do prices change between HDB, condo and landed?
Yes, mostly through access and scale. HDB jobs are usually the most straightforward; landed and commercial jobs often need more labour, and the written quote shows exactly why, line by line.
Can I get a discount for several jobs at once?
Yes. For a renovation or a whole-flat refresh we can usually bundle the labour at a lower per-unit rate. Tell us the full scope when you book.
